  • Choose a recruitment company that is a leader or specialist in the sector you're working in. Ask them which employers they work with.
  • Ensure your recruitment agency has a reputation for ethics & confidentiality. Loose lips sink ships!
  • Ask what percentage of roles are filled via the database. You will want a company to continue to think about you & contact you for suitable roles. Not just a company that only advertises their jobs on job sites.
  • Look for stability and professionalism in the consultants who work there. After all, this is the person who will be representing you as you look for your ideal role.
