Selection vs Search
Trak Recruiting aims to attract, source, select and recruit the best candidate possible for each of its clients. The methodologies used are consistent with major international recruitment firms and include either executive selection or search (or a combination of the two).
Selection
Selection is used for the majority of junior to middle management roles particularly when there is a large candidate pool. The sourcing of candidates is done via:

Trak Recruiting utilises the latest in technology with a database system that was developed in the UK and has a multi-search function that analyses the match between candidates and the job specification in a matter of minutes. Geographic breakdown covers candidates in all states of Australia as well as New Zealand.
- Print Advertising where rates are passed onto you at cost. Our association with Careers MultiList allows you to benefit from colour campaigns for little more than black and white.

Websites are important tool for communicating with candidates. As well as major sites such as seek.com.au, CareerOne, etc, advertisements are also posted on the Careers MultiList site and the Trak Recruiting website.
Search
Search is an option used for senior positions or those with very specific skills or experience where the candidate pool numbers are minimal. As specialist recruiters, industry networks provide us with constant referrals and testimonials about many individuals who are recognised by their industry peers.
