The staff at Trak have either a background in recruitment (in a variety of sectors) or have achieved success in the industries we recruit in - fashion and/or retail. Whilst our core values give an indicator of what's important to us, the staff working here add a number of other words to describe our culture such as "fun, genuine, caring, generous, proud, team focussed and professional."

Indicative of our culture is the fact that we've had people join us from a number of well known recruitment companies, but we have never lost a consultant to a competitor. We work hard, but we also play hard. We believe in real reward & recognition, but we expect your best.

The main pre-requisites are previous experience and high levels of achievement in either the recruitment or fashion or retail industries. Backgrounds in buying, multi site management, design, HR and sales are all well regarded. Add to this your love of working with people, an eye for detail, a desire to be the best and the ability to have fun in a team environment and we could have the next career move for you!
